You may submit a report without providing any personal information. Simply enable the "Remain Anonymous" toggle in the report form — no name, email, phone number or organisation is required or stored.
Anonymous reports are treated with equal weight and will be reviewed and actioned in the same way as identified reports. The content of anonymous reports (incident type, location, description, photos) is retained for environmental record-keeping purposes.

Report content — including incident type, location, description, and any attached photographs or video — is retained for a minimum of 7 years for environmental record-keeping and historical documentation purposes.
Personal contact details (name, email, phone, organisation) are held only for as long as necessary to action the report, follow up with the reporter, or as required by applicable FSM law. Contact details are not retained indefinitely once a matter is resolved.
